Light House is required to collect sales tax on all orders. Please note that all taxes are charged based on the local sales tax in your respective province.

- ARE ALL ITEMS ON YOUR SITE IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP?
At Light House we make every effort to keep products on our site that are in stock and up to date. However, we do work with a variety of manufacturers and some of our products ship directly from their warehouse. Occasionally, items may be out of stock, backordered or recently discontinued. Should this be the case, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order. You will then have the option to hold your order until the item is in stock or receive a full refund.
- WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER?
Before purchasing any of our products please read the description and be sure to check the measurements. If you are uncertain or require more information than what is provided, please contact us and we can help answer your questions. Sometimes colours of fabrics and materials may appear differently on your screen than the actual product.
If you wish to change an order and your product has not been shipped you can contact us and we will provide you with a full refund. However, if you order has shipped, you will have to return the item to us under the terms of our return policy.
- WHAT IF I AM NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE? HOW DO I RETURN IT?
