We are unable to accept claims for freight damage caused by your 3rd-party carrier, concealed damage reported after (5) days of ownership transfer, nor items past the 1-year limited warranty period. Avoid submitting a claim for an ineligible item by reviewing our Terms and Conditions.

COMPLETE THIS FORM WITHOUT OMITTING INFORMATION. Claims missing information or photos will be put on hold and closed after (14) days if we do not receive all the required photos in this time. Due to our inquiry volume and personnel contraints, we are unable to request missing information before processing your claim.

SUBMIT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IN A TIMELY MANNER. If you are unable to obtain any of the details requested on this form, you may submit the claim form as is, but immediately inform your sales representative by phone or email. Claims missing information and/or photos will still be put on hold and closed after (14) days if we do not receive the required information from your sales representative.

SUBMIT THE REQUIRED PHOTOS FOR EACH CLAIM ITEM. When submitting a claim for multiple items, a full set of photos for each item is required. This includes identical units with similar issues. Claims submitted for multiple items but only one set of photos will be put on hold and closed after (14) days unless additional photos are received.

SAVE ALL ORIGINAL CARTONS AND INTERNAL PACKAGING UNTIL YOUR CLAIM IS RESOLVED. All claims involving returns, freight damage, concealed/factory damage, or manufacturing defects require all original cartons and packaging. If an item is deemed eligible for return, but the original cartons and packaging are no longer available and in good condition, we are unable to proceed with resolving the claim in this manner.

PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING. Once your claim is submitted successfully, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Once submitted, we will reach out to you directly after 3-5 business days using the contact information you submitted. If you have not received an update after this period, please check your junk/spam email folders, or reach out to your sales representative.
