How do I join the Light House Co. Rewards Program?
Joining the Light House Co. Rewards Program is free and automatic for anyone who creates an account on our website. If you are already an account holder, you have been enrolled in the program and will find one hundred points waiting in your balance as a welcome gift.
How do I earn points?

Points will appear as “pending” after purchase and become “approved” 30 days later.
Do I need a new account to join?
No, if you already have a Light House Co. account, you’re automatically enrolled in the rewards program.
How do I see my points?
Log in to your account at lighthouseco.ca and select Rewards to view your balance.
How do I redeem my points?
When you’re ready to check out, simply apply your approved points to your order. Please note that points cannot be applied toward shipping or taxes.
If I already have an account, do I get points for signing up?
Yes! Existing Light House Co. account holders are automatically enrolled and will see 100 points added to their rewards balance.
What happens if I make a return?
If you return an item from an order where you earned points, Light House Co. will proportionally deduct those points from your rewards balance. If you used reward points to pay for an item that you later return, those points will be credited back to your rewards account.
Do my points expire?
Yes, Light House Co. Rewards points are valid for 12 months from the date they are approved. We’ll send you a reminder before they expire.
Can I refer a friend?
Absolutely! You can earn rewards by introducing others to Light House Co. using your unique referral link found in your account. You will receive 250 points once your friend completes their first purchase. Additionally, your friend will enjoy a $25 discount on their entire order, provided they spend at least $200.
